Sync Flow is a music-led movement practice inspired by Vinyasa. Fluid sequences link strength and breath in one continuous flow. The class opens slow and controlled, builds into a strong, rhythmic flow to electronic beats and slows down again for release and rest.

Fifty minutes in one flow

The first minutes are slow: breath, spine, the first sun salutations at the pace of the music. The flow then builds, posture by posture, into a strong rhythmic sequence where the breath leads the movement.

The music is part of the method. It sets the tempo, carries the class through the strongest block and brings it down again. You do not need to know the postures; the sequence repeats and the body learns it.

The last ten minutes are quiet: long holds, release, rest. The body finishes warm, worked and still. Fourteen places, in the Aura Room.

What is Sync Flow?

Sync Flow is a music-led movement practice inspired by Vinyasa yoga. Fluid sequences link strength and breath in one continuous flow, and the music is part of the method: it sets the tempo, carries the class through its strongest block and brings it down again. The class opens slow and controlled, builds into a strong rhythmic flow set to electronic beats and gradually slows down for release and rest.

Unlike a traditional yoga class there is no spiritual framing and no long holds in the middle of the class; unlike a fitness class there is no counting and no competition. The sequence repeats, the body learns it, the breath leads.

What happens in a Sync Flow class at Anida Lab

Classes in the Aura Room last fifty minutes and take up to fourteen people. The first minutes are slow: breath, spine, the first sun salutations at the pace of the music. The flow then builds posture by posture into a strong rhythmic sequence. The last ten minutes are quiet: long holds, release, rest. You do not need to know the postures; your teacher shows the options and the sequence repeats within the class.

What changes with regular practice

A warm, worked body and a quiet mind at the end of the class, strength and flexibility built together, a steadier breath under effort and a clear line between the day before and the evening after. Sync Flow is often the class people choose when the day has been loud.

Who Sync Flow is for

For people who like to move to music and want strength without counting repetitions, for yoga practitioners who want a stronger and more rhythmic class, for anyone whose day needs a reset, and for beginners with some body awareness. Every posture has a lighter version, and resting in the flow is part of the practice.

Sync Flow or Breathwork?

Both work with breath and music. Sync Flow moves: it is a strong, flowing class with a quiet end. Breathwork lies down: it uses conscious breathing to shift the nervous system towards recovery. If you want to move and sweat and finish still, choose Sync Flow; if you want to slow down from the first minute, choose Breathwork. Many members take both in the same week.

How to start

Book in the schedule on this page with your email address; there is no app to install. The first visit is simplest with the Guest Pass for CHF 40: one class, valid for seven days. After that, a pack of ten or twenty classes or a Movement membership from CHF 370 a month covers every class in both rooms. You can cancel in your account up to 24 hours before the class and the credit returns to your pass. Grip socks and a small towel are the only equipment; bring both.
