Single Sessions

One class at a time, bought online and used directly in the schedule. The simplest way to start, and to stay flexible.

See prices Book a class

A single session is exactly that: one class in the Aura Room, one on the Reformer, or one Red Light session, paid as you go. No membership, no commitment, the full class.

How a single session works

Each room has its own pass: the Aura Room for mat classes, Calisthenics, Breathwork and the slower formats; the Reformer Room for the apparatus; the cabin for Red Light Therapy. You buy the pass online and book the class with it.

The pass is valid for seven days from purchase, so a decision made on Monday still works on Sunday. Cancel up to 24 hours before the class and the credit returns to the pass.

Most people start here, then move to a package once they know which room and which teacher they come back to.

Single Sessions

Who it is for

  • The first visit, before deciding anything else.
  • People who travel or train elsewhere and come when they can.
  • A specific class with a specific teacher, once in a while.
  • A Red Light session added to a day without training.

Good to know

  • One pass per room: Aura Room, Reformer Room, Red Light cabin.
  • Valid seven days from purchase, one booking.
  • Cancellation up to 24 hours before; later than that the credit is used.
  • Bought online with your Anida account; the same account books the class.
