Ten-minute sessions, one person at a time. Pick a day and a time; the programme, ten minutes of light, is chosen in the cabin.

Red Light Therapy, or photobiomodulation, exposes the body to red and near-infrared light at defined wavelengths. The light reaches the cells and supports the production of energy in the mitochondria. The Recovery & Regeneration programme is set for the time after effort: it supports muscle regeneration, promotes blood circulation and accompanies the body's own repair.

Ten minutes after the effort

You book a ten-minute session after your class or your run. Choose Recovery & Regeneration on the panel; the cabin surrounds the body with red and near-infrared light, with a dedicated panel for the head.

Stand or sit, breathe, let the warmth work. The programme is tuned for the hours after effort, when muscles repair and the body asks for circulation.

The programme ends on its own after ten minutes. A shake or a coffee at the Anida Café completes the visit.

The other programmes

Red Light Therapy

What is Red Light Therapy?

Red Light Therapy, or photobiomodulation, exposes the body to red and near-infrared light at defined wavelengths. The light reaches the cells and supports the production of energy in the mitochondria. After effort this accompanies the body's own repair of muscle tissue and promotes circulation. It is not UV light and does not tan or burn.

The Recovery & Regeneration programme

The Alpinglow cabin at Anida Lab runs three programmes. Recovery & Regeneration is tuned for the hours after effort, when muscles repair and the body asks for circulation. You book a ten-minute session after your class or your run, choose the programme on the panel and the cabin surrounds the body with red and near-infrared light, with a dedicated panel for the head. The programme ends on its own.

When to use it

Directly after training, a class or a long day on your feet; within a few hours of the effort is ideal. Book the class and the slot after it in the same schedule. A shake or a coffee at the Anida Café completes the visit.

For anyone who trains hard and wants to recover faster between sessions, for runners and cyclists with heavy legs the day after, for people who sit a lot and feel the stiffness in the back and the shoulders, and for members who close every class with ten minutes of light.
