A membership is for a practice that is already part of the week. It opens both rooms, is billed by the term or by the month, and asks nothing else of you than to show up.

How a membership works

Movement covers the Aura Room and the Reformer Room, up to three classes a week. Movement + adds Red Light Therapy: a session in the cabin with every class, before or after.

Terms run three or twelve months. The twelve-month plans can be paid in one amount or monthly; the price per month is lower when paid at once. Cancellation applies at the end of the term.

A first membership comes with a Red Light Therapy session on us. Members also book Therapy Base check-ups at a member price.
