Miró Meet Miró Pilates & Calisthenics When I stepped onto a Reformer for the first time 10 years ago, I immediately knew I had found what I had been looking for. Pilates combines strength, mobility, precision, and mindfulness in a way that transformed my own training and significantly enhanced my overall wellbeing. That passion has stayed with me ever since. With more than three years of experience as a Pilates instructor and nearly twenty years in the sports and fitness industry, I bring precision, motivation, and genuine care to every class. I tailor each session to the individual needs of my clients, creating an environment where everyone feels supported, challenged, and confident throughout their practice. Book a Session

Billie Hauser Meet Billie Breathwork Movement, music, and dance have always been ways for me to connect with myself. Over the years, yoga has become an integral part of this path, while breathwork has further deepened my understanding of the interplay between breath, body, and mind. As a certified yoga and breathwork instructor, I combine traditional breathing techniques with a modern, scientifically grounded approach. At Anida Lab, I support people in slowing down, strengthening their inner presence and resilience, and using breath as a powerful tool for greater balance in everyday life. Book a Session
Juliana Ohneberg Meet Juliana Sound Bath I originally come from Bregenz, Austria. At 18, I moved to Istanbul to study fashion design at ESMOD. My international modeling career then took me to various major cities, fostering my openness to different cultures and ways of life. During this time, my interest in holistic health and personal development also grew. Six years ago, I discovered breathwork and completed a twelve-month breathwork training. This was followed by further training in yoga, sound healing, and natural shamanism in Wales. Today, I combine these experiences into a mindful, holistic approach that supports people in finding inner peace, strengthening their inner balance, and reconnecting with themselves. Book a Session

At Anida Lab, I support individuals in expanding their freedom of movement and moving with greater ease and stability. Book a Session
Julia Meet Julia Pilates Movement has been a part of my life for many years and eventually led me to classical Pilates. I am particularly enthusiastic about the precision of the method and the diverse training possibilities, especially combined with Pilates equipment. Today, I teach classical Pilates with passion, precision, and a special focus on technique, body awareness, and individual guidance. Book a Session
Marco Meet Marco Pilates As a former professional stage and solo dancer, I bring approximately 20 years of experience in movement, bodywork, and performance. My training took me from Zurich to the Hamburg Ballet School under John Neumeier, and subsequently to various international stages. Pilates became a natural continuation of this experience for me: it combines the precision and body awareness of dance with an anatomically sound and sustainable training method. Today, I teach Pilates on the mat and on the Reformer, with a particular focus on alignment, body control, core stability, and mindful movement. It is important to me to guide each person individually and challenge them without forcing movements. My goal is to create a new understanding of one's own body – for greater strength, flexibility, ease, and a lasting connection to one's own movement. Book a Session
